Our Policies

Cancellations
We understand that plans can change, but we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service. Cancellations or reschedules made within less than 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a $100 late cancellation fee.
For Monday cleanings, we ask that cancellations be made by 9 a.m. on the preceding Friday to avoid the fee.
If you or anyone in your household is unwell, we request that you cancel or reschedule to prioritize the health and safety of our cleaners.
Kids & Pets
At Five Star Cleaning, we are a kid- and pet-friendly company! However, to ensure smooth and efficient cleaning:
- Pets should be kept in a separate area during vacuuming or if they interfere with the cleaning process.
- Friendly pets are welcome to be in the home but should not obstruct our cleaners.
- While we love the family atmosphere, our team cannot supervise children or allow them to assist with cleaning tasks.


Happiness Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority! At the end of your cleaning, we encourage a walkthrough with your cleaner to ensure everything meets your expectations. If you have any concerns, please address them directly with the cleaner during this time. Once you’re satisfied, we request you sign the Five Star Cleaning checklist.
If you’re unable to attend the walkthrough, please notify us of any concerns within 24 hours of the service. Refunds are only available within this 24-hour window after the cleaning is completed.
